  • How do I pay?
    Payments are made via credit or debit card. Pay Cash at Mas Camp Mas Camp date and times TBA. Next Mas Camp : Thursday 8th February 2024 Time: 5pm - 9pm Location: 16 Hayes Street, St Clair.
  • Payment Policy
    Packages will be cancelled if payment is not received within five (5) days.
  • Can I get a Refund?
    Yes you can request a refund. Please send an email via this website.
  • What time does J’ouvert begin?
    J’ouvert officially begins at 4AM but we get the vibes started with our Pre-Party from 2AM.
  • What do I do once I get there?
    Drink, get covered in paint and mud, and just simply enjoy yourself!
  • What route does the band take?
    The band will not be going to Downtown Port of Spain. We keep the route a secret to minimise stragglers in the band, however, it will be in the general surroundings of the Mas Camp.
  • What should I wear?
    The DDJ Package includes a t-shirt/vest that you wear that morning and your DDJ wristband which YOU MUST WEAR. Be prepared to get really dirty! You can wear shorts, tights, ¾ pants…anything. Wear comfortable sneakers/trainers.
  • How secure is the band?
    Dirty Dozen J’ouvert prides itself on being probably the most secured band for J’ouvert 2024 with an adequate and professional security team. On the road, make sure you stay with the band…don’t stray from the beaten path.
  • How to I Register?
    Registration is fully paperless and can only be done through our website. Visit the Shop, select your package and fill in your details as required.
  • What is the Collection Policy?
    When collecting your package you must ensure to have your ID as well as a printed copy of your invoice. In the event you are part of a large order or an order made on your behalf, only the person whose name is registered on the order will be allowed to collect the packages. If the name of the person collecting is not on the invoice, you will need the following: 1. A signed letter authorising collection from the person to whom the package was registered. 2. A printed copy of the invoice. 3. A copy of the person’s ID whose name is registered on the order being collected
